ABOUT ME

My career as a psychotherapist began with my own personal development. I firmly believe that anything I ask of my clients I have to be willing and able to do myself. I have attended over 200 hours of personal therapy within a range of modalities, I have completed the Hoffman Process week, and I have experience in group-work and breath-work as well.

I aim to work with each client over 12 sessions, some clients prefer longer more extensive work which we can always decide on at a later point.

Professional Experience

My experience working with individuals spans private practice, charity sector and the NHS all within central London, UK. I have worked with trauma, depression, anxiety and supporting those who feel suicidal and just need a safe space to talk about this.

Education

I have a Foundation in Psychotherapy and a Master of Science in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy where I conducted research in cultural adaptations in CBT. Through my education and research I learned the importance of balancing tried and tested interventions alongside the need for adapted, personalised care.
