My ethos

  • Awareness

    We always begin with awareness, without awareness it’s hard to know what we need and what we want. Awareness provides 80% of the cure.

  • Behaviour Change

    From our first session we will work to identify both helpful and unhelpful behaviors. We will begin to target the unhelpful behaviors that keep you stuck.

  • Continued Work

    Each session is only 1 hour. That means that most of therapy happens outside our time together. You will learn right away to start implementing the changes we identify each week.
